~michelle: Customer Service is outsourced to non English speaking company who continued to ask for more and more confidential information. Once all this information was uploaded they can not find my acct. on the website, though c.s. verified they received all documentation. FCC does not require this much info. and in the U.S. they do not ask for all this confidential info either. Something is not right with this c.s. dept.. Two calls and ** min later no resolution what so ever Very frustrating and shadey business practices. Can't we keep this government program and it's funds here in the states to help jobs here. Identity Thief is already a huge problem costing us millions.

~michelle: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~michelle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~michelle: For that I would say four out of five.
