GetHuman-6721: I blew ** minutes of my life trying t finish up a Safelink to Tracfone transfer of number. Dialed * times before speaking with human. Kept getting automated menus with no option to speak with technical support. Finally got a human who may have spoken English, but as a fourth or fifth language. Told her I had received new SIM card and needed to complete transfer. She put me on hold. Then returned and confirmed my eligibility and gave me a second id number for the same freaking transaction.*Overall, If a zero was possible, I'd give a -*
