GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's SafeLink Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GordonWayneWatts: I'm a conservative and would do AWAY with ALL such welfare phones like SafeLink (and corporate welfare to CEO's, excesses in military budget, etc.), but I'm so poor that I must have this CRAPPY service! EVERY month, I must manually add minutes with customer service, and this last time, they changed my plan to International, which has less minutes -and also the phone shut down & had to be rebooted - and when they finally got the minutes added, it was **, not the *** roll-over plan. Then, they (safe-link: ***-***-****) gave me THIS number (***-***-****) to fix the problem with the plans, as they couldn't. LOL - And, is there any wonder that we conservatives want the government OUT of anything like this? They rob our tax DOLLAR$ and then give us crappy service on a continual basis - I feel sorry for the poor customer service reps who have to put up with me. SHUT this down, and use the money elsewhere, and that *might* help the poor to middle-class' economy. The reps are apparently from th
