~normansj: I will be reporting this to the FCC and as well as the BBB to report the misuse of funds and failing to provide satisfactory customer service. I am sure there will be a long line to the appropriate DC agency, but by the time I get to them, SafeLink will lose their government service contract. Elderly and disabled people depend on this "service" and this company and all of their outsourcing and automation makes it impossible to resolve any issues with the phones. Tech support....yeah right!

~normansj: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~normansj: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~normansj: For that I would say two out of five.
