~Apolis Ross: This service is a joke. The person has a heavy accent and one cannot understand anything they are saying and they are no help at all. They cannot help you and they cannot transfer you to tech support (***-***-****)who by the way is a joke because the service is automated and they only ask certain questions. All in all no help at all!!!!!
