~Kasp: Never got to talk to a human because I called Sunday at **pm. The recordings are a nightmare to try and get to a person though. Thanks for this number and instructions. It only took a minute to get to the "call back" message. I first had tried the number on my bill (***-***-****) and it was appalling that I could not get past the robo-woman forever. Then when I finally got to the customer service option, I was informed (robotically) to call back during business hours.

~Kasp: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
