~Trumpet 101: Have called and emailed Sam Ash to resolve an issue with an order I placed. I placed this order over a month ago, and to no prevail, I haven't received it. It was paid for. I have called, left messages and left emails, and no one has the courtesy to respond to me. Way to go Sam Ash, you've just lost a customer.
