~Mustafa Sahinoglu: To whom it may concern,*On the date of ********** I bought my second suitcase (I bought the first suitcase from CEVAH****R AVM in TURKEY) from BUYAKA AVM store of SAMSONITE. It broke down after a while and I decided to give it to BUYAKA STORE to make it repair. Repearing process took one month and I called BUYAKA Store and asked why it is so late. The manager of the store named Kerim Sand****k******** was so agresive and said me that "I don't repair it don't ask me "and I said "my patience overflowed".*On **********, the store called me and the man said that my suitcase is ready. I went there to take my suitcase. The store manager named Kerim Sand****k******** did not give my suitcase and he said "is it you that I spoke on the phone?" and he assullted me. He grabbed my collar and punched me. I tried to respond to him by pushing him. The shopping center's security guards came and hold me while that time SAMSONITE BUYAKA store manager kicked me behind.*I had to call the police. I gave
