~Savgirl : Never ever purchase a Samsung product! They do not repair their own products. They outsource their products with companies whose reps barely speak English. They sent my chrome book to Intellisol ( a *rd party without my consent. I have aGalaxy and aChromebook and they both give a lot of trouble. Chrome book is so slow and temperamental. The Galaxy does not hold the charge. Thank God my * other phone are iPhones. When I called customer service I was transferred round and round for an hour and a half and then a customer service rep told me she couldn't help me and that I should call their third party repair company if I wanted to resolve my issue. When I asked for corporates * she told me it was private and they cannot give it to me?????

~Savgirl : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Savgirl : For that I would say one out of five.

~Savgirl : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
