~mommyx9: my fridge is just out of warrenty. I called in nov. **** about a noise it was making. was told to check the ice maker( ice maker has yet to be hooked up) So now, after spending *** dollars on groceries, i had no fridge or freezer. the freezer has sort of started working again, but not the fridge part. called samsung and raised heck, was told they would send someone out and it looked like a cooling problem, which was still covered. got a call from they company they use for repairs, that sight unseen, they would charge me for parts up till they decided what the problem was. For what this fridge cost, this I called the main corporation and hit * to be put to the front desk. No one answered and i was dicconnected*. guess they know what **** the sell

~mommyx9: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mommyx9: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~mommyx9: For that I would say five out of five.

~mommyx9: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
