~worse service ever: worse customer service i have ever had!! i would never buy samsung again. she rep was rude, called me a liar and then lied to me! said no supervisors were there to talk to and that she could make any and all decisions and answered to no one! really, really, well how nice for you! she was the worse customer service i have ever talked to! they were so bad to my daughter that she returned her product and bought another brand!!! and then no one ever got back to either of us which we were told someone would! just unbelievably horrific!
