~mc: My Sunday UT San Diego paper ($$) is missing several sections. After this wait time * am to *:** am, they picked up and disconnected! I tried "other **" for customer service agent and got disconnected! The LA Times (owner of UT) won't get involved unless the problem is with LA Times delivery. This is very frustrating considering how much the UT overcharges their customers, like me.
