~apba66: My Sansa *GB Clip* froze. I contacted Sandisk online chat what turned out to be one day after warranty expired. The agent spent ** minutes with me trying to get it going again with no luck. He recommended I receive a new Sansa and transfered me to another rep (which went smoothly). The instructions for return of the broken Sansa were explicit and both conversations were followed up by complete transcripts emailed to me. In less than a week after I returned the broken Sansa, a new, retail packaged Sansa *GB Clip* was sent to me. I've been a fan of Sansa products, and am now a fan of their customer relations as well.

~apba66: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~apba66: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SanDisk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~apba66: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SanDisk customers?
~apba66: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SanDisk to know who you are.
