GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-kathytg: I purchased a pair of formU* shoes at the end of July. I wore them for a few months and then realized the stitching on the shoe was torn and coming apart. I am very discouraged as I paid over $** for these shoes and they are still in excellent condition except for the torn stitching. I will be glad to return them or am requesting some type of compensation as these shoes are falling apart without major use
