~em2: Auto call is awful and takes too long* went to rep to verify order and hse started all over again -- it was like speaking to a rep in india -- giving out pat answers and not answering my questions, Asked for a supervior and was put on hold ofr over ** minutes. So I called them from another phone and got to a supervisor who helped me. Sad, really, the people in the stores are phenomenal but theior phone service is worse than verizon
