~Claire Smith: I am ** years old and was just told that Sears will not be delivering my refrigerator, but it will be delivered by UPS. How am I expected to carry a refrigerator, in a box to the inside of my garage and be able to unpack it and push it into place. I WAS TOLD THAT MY DELIVERY WAS FREE & NEVER TOLD THAT I'D HAVE TO CARRY IT MYSELF INTO MY HOME AFTER UNPACKING IT MYSELF. SHAME ON YOU. BTW - I'M A ** YEAR CUSTOMER OF SEARS. NOT ANYMORE!
