~MikeG.: I will never purchase anything from Sears again. There is no communication between departments. Had a treadmill to be delivered on a Monday. Didn't make it withen the scheduled delivery time. Called and asked if they would leave it at the back door. This is against their policy but they agreed. Got home, no treadmill. It is now * days later after three calls and * promises that someone would call me in ** to ** hours still no answer. And don't get me started on the issues I've had with replacing my new cooktop. Worst customer service in history!
