~Laura Elliott: The customer service rep was very helpful but I don't think she really understood the magnitude of the problem I experienced with the delivery team. The delivery person who came inside was so rude! He had already opened up the storm door and was standing in the doorway when I opened the door. The first words out of his mouth were, "You're gonna have to do something with these dogs." He DID NOT say "Hello I am *******. I am from Sears to deliver your new Kenmore appliance*refrigerator. Congratulations on your purchase." AND he did NOT say "Would you mind putting your dogs in a separate location so we can get the refrigerator in the house safely?" He DID NOT say, "Can you please show me where you'd like your new Kenmore appliance installed?" He just said, "Youre gonna have to do something with these dogs" and wandered into my house. I was trying to show him the three different options of ways to enter the house with the delivery. He wandered into my kitchen, looked around and saw the ol
