~J MOLINARI: WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL THURS NITE FROM SEARS WITH WINDOW FOR FRI JUNE ** DEL OF STOVE. THURS AT *** I RECEIVED CALL FROM SEARS. I ANSWERED AND A MACHINE ASKED ME TO WAIT AND THE MACHINE WOULD*CONTACT A CUST SERVICE TO HELP ME. I WAITED AND WAITED ENDLESSLY AND THEN THE PHONE CLICKED OFF. I THEN CALLED THE DEL NUMBER **** *** **** ** TIMES AND AND ANOTHER MACHINE SAID CALL BACK LATER.*I GOOGLED SEARS APPLIANCE AND THE PHONE NUMBER WAS CORRECT AND IT SAID OPENN *** HOUR SERVICE...WHAT GOES? THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE MACHINES HAS TO DO A BETTER JOB,,NOW WHEN WILL MY STOVE BE DELIVERED AND WHAT TIME..PLEASE DON'T HAVE A MACHINE CALL ME.. I HATE THEM.*THANKS JOSEPJ M*TEACHING THEM TO EXPLAIN TO CUST WHY I WAS NOT HELPED...OR MAYBE HIRE A HUMAN..I PERSONALLY THINK SOME HUMANS ARE STILL CAPABLE OF DOING A BETTER JOB..
