~Marvin: We are now on our third delivery date for a mattress and boxspring. The rep who spoke to us at the customer relations number promised us this would be the last time we had to wait. We'll see. The number on our receipt takes you to the Overseas call center. They are terrible. They offered us a ** dollar gift card for Sears but would not take anything off what we already paid. Unreal. Not surprised by the amount of negative comments we read here.
