~Sears Extended Warrantee: Bought an extended in home protection plan for a snow thrower. Been waiting a YEAR for service - these plans are a scam and waste of money. Avoid Sears. They have written the machine off but don't have any replacements'this season'- its JANUARY and thier competitors have plenty!! Customer Relations hung up on me * times, sent out * service techs who didn't even start the machine (and were late. Sears are 'happy to replace it' but don't have any snowthrowers left (even if I pay more!) and can't order any. I own many multi-family units and have always bought all my appliances from Sears - NEVER again. This company will definitely go out of business soon and save us all aggrevation - good-bye Sears!!!!!!!
