~unhappy shopper: I called to cancel an order. * days later I received the order I cancelled. There were two different boots in the box. Called back to see what series would do to make it right. They said they would ship me out another pair of boots but I had to pay full price. I would have to return the other boots back to the store. The customer service rep said but I will ship them for free as if she was doing me a favor. Really???
