~lrds: Scheduled appointment for dishwasher repair and tech never shows or calls. The foreign rep says no tech was available. (is that not why we schedule an appointment) asked to speak to manager. Went on hold forever & hung up. Called back-same response. Called what I thought was the local store, got voice mail, called back - got a national call center that connected me to the store manager who never picked up. Called back and got managers voice mail - left message and no call back. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE AT SEARS - THEY **** AND SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS! B.POTTER
