~Marvin: We ordered a queen sized mattress and boxspring from the Sears store in Hicksville, NY. the original delivery date was * weeks ago* they contacted us that they couldn't get thw boxspring by the delivery date. We got a new delivery date with a confirmation the night before. Today we get a call two hours before that the mattress was damaged and they have pushed our delivery date again. Numerous calls gave us a run around. We asked for a different mattress to be subsituted* no good. We will never buy anything there again!

GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marvin: For that I would say five out of five.

~Marvin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
