GetHuman-432949: mix up with delivery *st time dec **th no mattress *nd time dec ** no box springs. Was told I would have to have till the following week for next delivery. This problem was on Sears end not mine!! Canc order. Went to store where I bought it in Albany the bed for refund. They didn't know how to do it was told I had to wait *-** days. Really come on. Sears didn't wait *-** days to take my money. NOW refund was for $****.**. I paid $****.**. was only refunded for * box spring King size takes *!!!! Pleas refund another $***.**. Come on Sears are your employees really this BAD???
