~T FOUNT: Horrible experience, called once to opt out received mail still for almost a year. called back twice recently to make sure i opted out and found out that their systems can duplicate your info so you are in the system twice. So i was opted out. that was a few weeks ago, today i get another piece of mail(that is the *rd piece of mail i received in one month, kinda ridiculous) So i called to see if i was opted out, this time i got on the phone with their director John and he was a rude person, misunderstood me and accused me of lying to one of their employees,said if i had more problems that i would call him directly, when i asked for his number he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL I WANT IS TO STOP RECEIVING MAIL,IF WANTED THAT INFO I WOULD SEEK IT. Thumbs down to this company, and i wish that the company would hire more polite people for their customer service. I will make sure to not recommend this company to anyone i know
