~firestorm: First off lets start with calling the place. The phone rang * or * times and a person answered the phone. There was no wait time.**When the person answered the phone I explained what I have been looking for, for the past few months, and what other places had. The person on the phone was very polite and showed me a device that was exactly what I was looking for. The person even took the order over the phone for me and within * hours it was shipped out in my direction. I didn't even have to go through the order process on the actual site, the person took my order right over the phone. He also explained to me that even if the device WORKS, but not to the quality that I was expecting I could return it. In the end the product got here on time and was well packaged. It also worked perfectly. Overall the store is somewhere that I will return to.
