~Momma2eight: I have learned through the years, you need to follow-up with companies. It *****, that you must follow-up with them. But it ensures that you are not forgotten, or your concerns are taken care of. Especially, if products are being bought. Every time there has been an issue with my Shark, I call the company. They have been more than willing to help take care of the issues. Even if the replacement wasn't sent in time. They have reordered the product for me. I own three different Shark appliances and will continue to buy Shark as long as they continue provide excellent products and service. Thank you Shark for keeping me sane. :) Happily married and clean up after eight!!
