GetHuman-178057: Called them * times, waited almost an hour* my *st call was last nite, they didnt even give me a msg that their call center was closed, I waited an hour, finally hung up and called again, got that msg, ***** Shaw!*Spent almost whole day today to call them, *st call was on my way to work, untill i reached my office, the call still didnt go through, I already waited ** mins* called again as soon as I got my office, waited ** mins, someone picked it up and hung up...I was almost screaming* called back again, waited almost * - THREE HOURS, finally got hold on someone. OMG, I cancelled all my service right away. Ridicules waiting time, agent was sounded sleepy and didnt care. Bad bad experience
