~mazhinga: Cusromer service people are always trying to sell. They don't explain the overly complicated billing system* just try to sell, without ever giving the current balance. Service reps seem to be intentionally mis-informed*un-informed or just unable to to process a request for service changes and their billing impacts. Must review bills*billing codes monthly for extra charges.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Shaw Communications. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Shaw Communications problem?
~mazhinga: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
