It took one month for you to find your best solution which left me, a customer who paid for a product upfront in full, with nothing but a loss of $** and in search of an expensive replacement option from a competitor.***Accidents happen and mistakes are just part of doing business. It is a company's commitment and extra care in situations where the company is in error where you have an opportunity to take a bad situation and come out a hero.***Or......NOT***At my own expense and on my long distance phone time I spoon fed you the details of the transaction, assisted with pointing out the flaws and issues with your typical customer service policy and how this situation requires further consideration, I suggested reasonable and fair solutions, and frankly did "your" job from start to finish.***And in the end I a
