~CWG: After the call was answered electronically I listened to music for * minutes and then got an electronic message giving me other options to contact the company, including leaving a message which they stated would be returned within ** hours, but after the message ended the call was cut off without an opportunity to leave a message. This is my third attempt to get info on an order. The first time I was told they would "reach out" to the company sending the item and let me know via email what was happening. After several days with no response I received an email telling me that my concern had been addressed and wanted me to confirm that the problem had been corrected. After I responded telling them about my previous call and that I had heard nothing I then received an email telling me that my order was to be shipped in *-** days. There was no tracking info and I have heard nothing since.
