~The anvil: Called twice, have been waiting for over two weeks for order to have been filled. Could not even give me an order number. Claims that it comes from another dept *Who checks every so often to see if checks cleared. Mine was cashed two weeks and counting. Tried to claim it takes ten days for check to clear. Was very indifferent about matter. Talked to two different customer service reps with same results.
