GetHuman-198280: Horrible service. Called * times & got disc. * times. *Call center reps either did not know how to help me or could care less about getting my order cancelled, so instead made up lies and transferred me to dead numbers. They couldn't figure out how to locate my order or create a support ticket, and kept asking for my CC * which now I'm having regrets giving to these people. I will be disputing the charge with my ccc and staying with my original cell provider.
