~DIFFICULT MOBILE: Simple Mobile customer service is the WORST customer service I have every seen. Think of the worse cashier, waitress, or sales rep you have every dealt with and that person is still **X better than the SM customer service agents. They send you to a dept that doesn't have a real person, only a voice recording. When you have used your max GB of data, they DON'T SLOW YOU DOWN, THEY SIMPLY STOP YOUR DATA SERVICE. There is no way to tell if you reached your limit. At least TMobile sends you a text to let you know you're about to slow down. SM refuses to do anything and their cust service reps are no help at all.

~DIFFICULT MOBILE: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DIFFICULT MOBILE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
