~alishas: This is the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with. First of all the service is not that great...sometimes I do not recieve calls. Today I made a payment so I could still have service while I search for another provider. I made my payment online and my bank account was debited twice. I called customer service and spoke to a superviser id **** and she would do nothing to help me. All she would tell me is that it would take ** hours to be added back to my account. she was rude and had a I dont care attitude
