~CHINNO: my first time with them was smooth the number porting went fine here is what i thought was cheating they allow you to sigh up for the $** service which should include the works text web and talk.....only to find out that i have no web and i cannot get picture message ...so i called customer service which took * hrs then i was told that they don't support blackberry web or picture text so i ask for $** back to be placed on my international since i was not informed and was told that there was no guarantee......the coverage is good as it is on the T-MOBILE NETWORK BUT THEY HAVE A LOT TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE *****!!!!
