GetHuman-325341: Even though I NEVER signed up for automatic renewal and did not have a credit card on file, Sirius renewed my service. $*** for a year's service was too much for me plus I knew that when I called last year to cancel, they reduced the price significantly so they'd keep me as a subscriber. I called to cancel, knowing I'd either get a reduced rate or cancel. Either once was fine by me. I was bummed to observe that Sirius still has outsourced its customer service overseas (not at all for racist reasons, simply because so many Americans are out of work here and US companies should not be do that, especially in this economy). However, the two reps I spoke to spoke clearly and seemed to understand me well. Sure enough, I got a much better offer of $** for my same * year Sirius Select Plan. For ** minutes of my time, it was worth it. If you know you want to renew your service, call them up asking to cancel anyway and you will most likely get a much better deal for the same subscription plan! T

GetHuman-325341: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-325341: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-325341: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
GetHuman-325341: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
