~Dx: First off companies should not be outsourcing work to foreign countries when there are plent of people in the USA who need jobs. Secondly they used my card without my permission to renew my subscription. I asked to be compensated for my troubles. I was basically laughed out. Horrible horrible company and service

~Dx: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dx: For that I would say one out of five.

~Dx: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
