~Melissa: Would appreciate if Sirius would hire English speaking represenatives who are not scripted and have to leave the phone every two minutes. I was on hold to speak with a supervisor for ** mins?? REALLY?? This company is horrible. I have cancelled my service over and over and they STILL continue to charge me. Each time they claim to credit it back or offer me a new radio?? I'm on call * and still have not been credited or cancelled..

~Melissa: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Melissa: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Melissa: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Melissa: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
