~alli: They are a big fraud...no return shipping even if you received the damage and broken product.what else a company like this can act when you let the customer suffer for the damaged product they have send.the information about the product on the website is not displayed to fool the customers,even if you inquire from customer service they would not provide the accurate information about the electronic product which customer should know before ordering especially if it has the possibility of damaging you skin and has side effects.
