~ken morgan: No one answered so I wasted * hour of my time I have made * attempts to talk to support and wasted about * hour each time with no answer I have been with skype for * years and have not had any problems up until reasently but now I have problems no one wants to know about it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Skype. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Skype problem?
~ken morgan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ken morgan: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Skype's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ken morgan: For that I would say three out of five.

~ken morgan: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Skype to know who you are.
