~Disappointed: It is virtually impossible to get a live voice on any phone line or option as posted here or on their website or any other website for that matter. These people are not customer-oriented, even though they say "your call is important to us..blah, blah, blah." I wasted over an hour trying to get through to someone at SolarWinds with a simple billing question. I'll not make this mistake again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Solarwinds. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Solarwinds problem?
~Disappointed: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disappointed: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Solarwinds's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disappointed: For that I would say five out of five.
