~completely dissatisfied: did not resolve the issue, were apologetic by script only, did not attempt to proactively solve the problem. spoke with * or * people over the course of an hour and issue remained unresolved. despite assurances that product was being shipped overnight, it never showed up. manila call center is totally useless
