I was off yesterday and i tried to get through to the number on the back of my bill from **:** am to *:** pm last night. i carried the phone all over with me listening to that stupid message. Never did anyone p*u to ask me why i was calling. Is this * some kind of a joke? You increased my budget plan almost *x more than i want. I want it to stay at $** per month and pay the balance at the end of the billng time. Karen Gitsas *** west wilmont ave spnj *****. Now change it. you wasted my day yesterday and ask me what the quality of service and communication was???? Are you kidding???????
