~Ellen: Your customer service is the worst I have ever seen or had to deal with. A company as big as this one is should have someone to answer questions and not be rude. I can not believe that you allow this to go on. Do you ever read the comments it seems there are numerous problems with the billing and after talking to you customer no service person today I do understand why. This is the best way to not have customers I know I am finished with you.
