~swabizman: WHAT IS GOING ON WITH WHAT USED TO BE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY????*I have tried the normally great Southwest Airlines customer service phone line and rapid rewards phone lines several times over the last couple weeks for business travel and waited *** minutes each time before hanging up in frustration.
