GetHuman-209640: The rep. would not be flexible when trying to get gas turned on. We live in an apt complex, and it's gated, and the drivers just show up, and do not call manager to get in. The gas company expects us to wait from *:** to *:** outside the gate to let them in. They refuse to call customer who can contact manager to let them in. The reps. are rude, and make comments too.
