~Optician : I manage an optometrist office and we have had awful service with Spectera. I get someone in India when I finally get a person. I can't understand them. They send us broken or defective eyeglasses and take forever to get them to you. This is the only vision insurance plan we have had such awful experiences with and have been in practice since the ****s. Now I am getting the runaround when canceling their contract with us. Only send the registered and cerified mail. Just terrible.
