GetHuman-55796: My complaint is regarding return of spinlife's wheelchair. The package was damaged upon receipt of box. Therefore, we had to repair the box,duct tape it, report the damage, and upon trying to mail the wheelchair, it costs just as much to return it, than it cost to purchase the wheelchair. Therefore, it was a total waste of time and money, to buy this chair. I am stuck with a useless chair that my disabled mother,is not able to use. Now I am going to pay double the money to find a chair that will be useful. I would never recommend this organization to any one, and regret my experience with spinlife. I will spend my money with a local company.
